The paleo diet ensures higher energy levels because the paleo diet concentrates on eating foods that your body uses most efficiently, rather than things like refined sugars that cause you to crash after a shortly sustained “high.” Returning to a more natural way of eating with the paleo diet will result in immediate benefits.
The benefits of the paleo diet are scientifically undeniable. Returning to how our ancestors ate, before there were the harmful additives and preservatives that exist in foods today, allows our bodies to function as nature intended. The paleo diet is full of lean protein, which helps your immune system operate at its optimal capacity and helps you stay satisfied between meals. This means that you’ll be less tempted to snack and overeat throughout the day while still getting all of the nutrients your body needs to function properly.
Paleo Chicken Wings Inferno Hot
Many may shy away from the paleo diet because of the drastic switch from how we normally eat. Such a drastic shift must certainly mean giving up all of one’s favorite foods. While it is of course true that such a drastic change in diet means giving up some of the things you may love from your old eating habits, there are ways to cook paleo substitutes for some of your old staples. These wings are totally gluten-free. Beware of wings in restaurants. If the wings are cooked in oil; – the same oil where the hush puppies, onion rings or chicken nuggets were fried, there is gluten contamination.
All you need for this recipe is
- sweet potatoes,
- coconut oil,
- olive oil,
- apple cider vinegar,
- hot peppers,
- some fresh greens.
Pre cook everything in bone broth or just boil it in water if you prefer. For those that are unaware, bone broth is a staple of the paleo diet. Broth is full of minerals and boosts your immune system. Bone broth is particularly beneficial because After cooking the chicken and vegetables by whatever method you prefer, fry all of it in coconut oil. You’re not deep-frying, but ensure you have a good amount of oil in the skillet.
Add your peppers to the recipe a little later. If you like them as hot as we do, use an entire red jalapeno and an entire habanero pepper.
Shred the greens onto a plate and sprinkle them with a little olive oil and apple cider vinegar with a squeeze of lime.
